A North Korea thread

Okay, I’ll take that as a they were going to collapse anyway ergo SW was unnecessary and write it off as one expensive mother of a symbol. You can duke it out with @rowland. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

The longer Communism continued, the poorer, and they finally fell when all the previous hundreds of years of accumulated capital they were appropriating in the name of of socialism finally ran out completely. Things had gotten so bad there, it will take a long series of unfettered capitalism for them to catch up again; they’re not exactly capitalist now.

The DNC company who was hired by the Democrats to investigate the “hack”; (The DNC didn’t let the FBI investigate at first), is anti-Russian and is responsible for the narrative. At any rate, forensics has destroyed that narrative

There was no hack of the Democratic National Committee’s system on July 5 last year—not by the Russians, not by anyone else. Hard science now demonstrates it was a leak—a download executed locally with a memory key or a similarly portable data-storage device. In short, it was an inside job by someone with access to the DNC’s system. This casts serious doubt on the initial “hack,” as alleged, that led to the very consequential publication of a large store of documents on WikiLeaks last summer.

Forensic investigations of documents made public two weeks prior to the July 5 leak by the person or entity known as Guccifer 2.0 show that they were fraudulent: Before Guccifer posted them they were adulterated by cutting and pasting them into a blank template that had Russian as its default language. Guccifer took responsibility on June 15 for an intrusion the DNC reported on June 14 and professed to be a WikiLeaks source—claims essential to the official narrative implicating Russia in what was soon cast as an extensive hacking operation. To put the point simply, forensic science now devastates this narrative.

They collapsed because they were trying to compete with us, but by that time, their capital was too limited for that.

Reagan increased nuclear weapons, thereby forcing them to actively compete and make more, diverting sparse capitalism from basic priorities, such as food. We were feeding them, giving them wheat.

Ok jotham, am I right in saying.

  1. There was no DNC hack, it was internal.
  2. Guccifer 2.0 was a cover?

Just getting my ducks in a row.

I’m not too interested in it. I’m aware it wasn’t Russians, and it was anti-Russian sentiment that started it. But if the DNC were truly hacked, it shows that the Democrats are the last people you want to keep the nation secure if they can’t even keep their own facilities secure.

No there seems to be a party that is very much Russian affiliated with all this. Scroll down to page 11 and see who this particular group is targeting, in most cases it benefits only the Russian elite.

edit/ thats not to say these are Russian government people, it should be clear their expertise and a group of ransom ware hackers should not be thought of in the same plane.

Oh, so you guys do agree?

Anyway, what I want to know is, when the US predicted c. 1982 or 1983 that the SU had at most one decade left, was Reagan’s grand vision included in the equation, or was it based on a presumption of business as usual?

A professional forensics test as done by NSA experts would have discovered tracks if it were the case. They didn’t.

Remember, it was the Democrats under Obama who hacked journalists computer from Fox and CBS, with so much sophistication, that it could hardly be a hack job. I think they’re just masters of deception. These are the people who think up of sophisticated ways of spying on Trump and others through demasking, to try to make it pseuo-legal. But it isn’t.

Are we talking about the DNC hack? Because as I recall, no government agency was allowed to look at the server?

Please, correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, you’re right, the Democrats never allowed official government investigation as it would expose them and their cover for sure.

A group of forensics experts, Russian experts and other experts who had worked for CIA, FBI, NSA were investigating the case.

Supposedly the evidence for a hack was purported to show Russian fingerprints loud and clear; if the Russians truly did it, they are more sophisticated than that, they wouldn’t just leave their fingerprints like that.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. Who predicted SU had one decade left?

Here is what analyst Jeffrey W. Knopf says:

"Reagan stands out in part because he believed the Soviet Union could be defeated. For most of the Cold War, Republican and Democratic administrations alike had assumed the Soviet Union would prove durable for the foreseeable future. The bipartisan policy of containment aimed to keep the Soviet Union in check while trying to avoid nuclear war; it did not seek to force the dissolution of the Soviet empire. Ronald Reagan, in contrast, believed that the Soviet economy was so weak that increased pressure could bring the Soviet Union to the brink of failure. He therefore periodically expressed confidence that the forces of democracy ‘will leave Marxism-Leninism on the ash heap of history’.

Compared to the leaky US Deep State?

Do these secret systems need to be secret anymore?

A room full of European officials (in the land of your favorite economists btw) struggled to contain their laughter when an American confidently announced the forecast to them. Who do they think they are? They don’t know the Russians. We know the Russians! Of course, they felt a bit silly when it came true.

Well, the Democrats leak for Machiavellian, political reasons, they are actively seeking to undermine Trump and company, etc. Taiwanese are just engaging in traditional Taiwanese haggling with Chinese officials to get more favorable treatment in China for their businesses, or whatever.

When intelligence was about foreign entities, they can be valuable. I don’t believe in spying on Americans as Snowden revealed, how Democrats have turned intelligence operations upside down.

One hundred kilotons, and subs and ICBMs in the works. Meanwhile, Team America is having traffic accidents with freighters on the open seas.

Quite a nice mess the old regime left us. Let’s see how The Donald tries to clean it up.

That’s the stuff, Rowland! Get all your blame-Obamas in before January 20th.

I have high hopes for Ambassador Rodman.
