anti-bacteria shirts for summer

My trek across tw starts in May. Since my pack will be weighed down by water and technology (and socks), I want to not pack a lot of clothing. I’ve been reading about merino wool t-shirts and even found some light-colored long sleeve ones. Can anyone tell me how that holds up to sun, heat, and high humidity? If it is a sticky mess, what would you recommend to not smell after multiple days and keep the sun off my ageing skin? oh, and still keep me cool…
thanks for the advice.

Buy quick-dry shirts. They are lighter than cotton shirts, obviously.
Can usually find both long sleeves or short sleeves in Decathlon very cheaply.
They can be washed rather quickly in the evening after biking/hiking and are usually dry (and clean) by the next morning.
Brand name is Domyos. Colors include gray, blue, and black. Long sleeve even has white. If not have that brand, I’m sure they carry another version of it.

Once the weather gets a bit warmer, head over to UNIQLO and look into their cool tech (name of the actual line of clothing is eluding me right now, sorry). I have a sleeveless one that I wear it almost everyday once the weather doesn’t get below 25C. It goes under my t-shirts and button downs quite well, I sometimes forget I’m actually wearing an undershirt because its so light. I actually only wash it once a week since…I’m lazy and the garment itself doesn’t get too nasty.

You can consider looking at the cycling/running line of clothing from the website Wiggle. They have their own line of apparel called, DHB. All items are great bang for their buck.

Airism. Looks pretty good. I’ll try their bra. Boobsweat is my bane.

Airism…that’s what it was.

If you know your size, you could also look at them online:

However, I expect Airism stuff to go up on the racks not too long after CNY.
