Is this Italian woman going to be able to find someone who knows the law, have that person explain the law to her, and have someone take the necessary steps to get you in trouble with said law? IDK the answer to this, but it seems like it falls into the whole “Taiwan risk-evaluation model of taking action that’s technically against black-letter law”.
