No. It’s sulphuric spring with a trace of arsenic.
If you want to drink hot spring water, you should go to places with sodium bicarbonate springs (a.k.a. 美人湯 Meirentang), drinking those are said to have health benefits, and some places like Jiaoxi in Yilan bottles them for sale.
Ah, someone often living in Japan told me about those hot springs in Yilan. So it’s big difference then between the type of water in them…
In Japan I visited the springs in Arima. They sell this delicious carbonated water from the springs, really awesome.
