Does anyone know the procedure for canceling a dependent ARC when both the ARC holder and dependent are foreigners? Do you need the sponsor to cancel it, can the dependent cancel it, do both people need to cancel it, or something else?
Edit : is it possible to change from a dependent ARC to something else like a student visa or ARC based on work without leaving Taiwan?
