I’ve seen them in Yahoo Kimo. I got mine from made in Taiwan, one of the many outlets there are for stuff they sell to JC Penneys and other department stors in the US. They have several of those in Tianmu still, I think.

Last year I ordered a bunch of different ones and had them sent to my family in the US. Search “ugly Christmas sweaters” and you’ll find a ton of them out there. They were all hilarious/horrible but the only one I can remember sending was this one…
