The speakers will be a team from Genie Capital, offering " a session on “Today’s Internet as a Tool for Your Business”. Since the meeting is wide ranging from people doing retail to services to consumer internet, perhaps this might be a good, general topic. It would be basics from seo 101, social-media 101, marketing, analytics, market analysis using some of today’s new-breed of tools. It could even include outsourcing.
We will be in the back room at this great restaurant. As with last time, I’ll ask the speakers to start at 1pm so that people have time to eat first if they want. Be warned, there is live music scheduled to happen in the early evening so you may have to stop talking business and have fun if you’re still there at that time.

Big thanks to the speakers for sharing so much knowledge and experience today. During the talk, a book, 'Influence", was recommended. Does anyone know the author or publisher? I did a search on bookdepository.com but several books came up with similar titles.
Btw, if you own an online business (ecommerce, membership site and etc) and serious about spending some money on advertising, cashvertising is a must read.
