Excess baggage service

I need to send some belongings from Taipei to Australia. Does anyone know of an excess baggage company or some alternative to the post? I only have about 20kg.

Why not check it in and pay the excess baggage charge.

Thanks but I’m not in Taiwan at the moment.
Checking in excess baggage is usually much more expensive than Excess Baggage Services which are companies that cater to people who have to much personal stuff to take on a plane but to little to use a regular freight forwarder. They also offer a door-to-door service. I’ve used them in Singapore and Europe but haven’t located one in Taiwan.

20kg is only about 5000nt if you send it by EMS from the Post Office.

I guess it depends on what your items are, but that doesn’t seem to expensive.

It looks like (unless I am reading this wrong) that you could also send it by SAL for about 1000nt (which seems a bit cheap… but…)
