I just wanted to tell you that when you are applying for your ARC they do accept the PDF copy of the FBI background check. There is just two things that your employer must remember; that it must be printed in color; and when translated to Chinese, it must say something to the extent of “this is a copy printed from home.”
It is a faster option, once your fingerprints have been taken (they can be taken at immigration in Zhongzheng for 100 TWD), just send they to an FBI channeller (listed on the FBI’s website), which takes about 7 days and costs $50 USD, and once they are received by the channeller, it takes 24-48 hours to get your background check by a link. Keep in mind, you only have one time access to this link.
