I need help finding a beagle dog. This is a gift for my sister in law. Her big wish is to have a dog but she is that person would never buy her own.
Now the problem: I live in Shanghai and cannot do it by myself. I will be in Taiwan only February.
Can somebody help me here?
I know it’s sounds strange…but this is a serious request.
