This is far far worse that the “simon templer” case as someone actually died here. This is sad. Trying to flee the country and scrapping his car if that is true then what a wanker. Anyway innocent until proven guilty and all that. 
I hope the dead guy’s family are sorted out financially as that is no doubt what the dead man would want. Well apart from his taken life back.
