Does anyone know where to buy ( or make) the special seasoning they put on the deep fried chicken steak? When you ask what it is they all tell you it is a mixture of salt and pepper (not).
sometimes the chicken is marinated before hand, they use five spice powder in the flour coating… and the pepper is not the same kind of pepper everywhere else, is some kind of spicy peppercorns… I’ve been trying to do it too… but my friends don’t know any cooking… go figure
This should do the trick. Pepper salt powder. Should be able to find it at PXmart or for sure at and baking supply store.
