If you or someone you know has bought the book, then come to our FREE two-hour seminar to learn how to get in shape using the methods in the book. At Formosa Fitness on Saturdays from 10am-12pm, you’ll learn how to swing the kettlebell for fat loss, how to deadlift for strength and fitness, and how to use the slow carb diet to cut your body fat! All seminars will be hands on so you’ll actually learn how to do the techniques described in the book!

P.S. Just want to let everyone know it’s a pleasure and an honor to be working with the publisher on this. It’s good to see local publishers taking chances on outside the box fitness material and this is the first time this has been done so please show them your support. Thanks!

We have our first seminar on the Four Hour Body tomorrow and one of the topics we’ll be covering is the slow carb diet. Here’s a quick overview:

The idea behind the slow carb diet is to eat carbs that are lower on the glycemic index. Protein is kept fairly high. This works well in theory but I’ll be talking about what can go wrong, how to possibly fix it, how to exercise while on the diet (most everyone gets this wrong), and how to adapt the diet to local conditions.

We’re going to have more of these. If you’re interested in learning more about diet and exercise and have a copy of the book (readily available in English at Page One in Taipei), then give us a call and reserve your spot in our next seminar.

We had a great time teaching our first seminar today. Lot to learn by some eager folks. Take a look:

Thanks to the folks that came today. For anyone else, this is a series of seminars that we’re teaching with the publisher of the 4 Hour Body so there’s still time to sign up. We’ll be having them most every Saturday for the next two months from 10am-12pm. If you’re interested, please reserve your spot. Thanks!
