RB Deli in the food court of the mall at the Shangri-La Far Eastern Hotel is a great salad specialty restaurant.
They only serve salads and they have about 12 or 14 different varieties with options like chicken or salmon. The food is extremely fresh very well prepared and they include a small side of really nice tasting vegetables. NT$140 also includes a drink and a couple slices of homemade bread.
