I was also thinking that I could get 8s wheels, an 8s cassette and simply have an unused gear. 7s and 8s have the same ring width, so basically instead of a spacer I’d have a lonely gear.

Unfortunately, I don’t think so.

They are starting to make some updates to their FB with deals.

Their ruten page has not seen any updates to prices.
