To all the fathers I know on F.com
To you I raise my cup. As one Forumosan told me from his heart “All I do, I do for my kid.” Those words made an impression on my heart. As my father was around, his heart and soul was somewhere else. In time, I am certain he will become the person I know he can be.
My hope for all the fathers here, is that you love your daughters. Let them know of thier value in the world. You are the male she will look for in her life for love and eventually be the man she may choose to marry.
As for the boys you raise, raise them with a sense of self. To find their truth and never let it be defined by others. There are two men on this forum, who are in the truth sense, to me, men. They have their own truth, and define themselves by it. Pass this on to your boys. Let them know that what it takes to be a man is to be true to thy ownself.
