I have this Bank of Taiwan( 台灣銀行）visa debit card, but i cant use it at clickbank nor link it to paypal for buying things online.
can somebody help me please? im a newbie in this online shopping things.
oh btw… im a foreign student that study in Taiwan. can i register a taiwan credit card? which bank that give that opportunity?

As you’re a newbie and I have already used up my quota of grumpy responses for the day, I will just point out that this topic has been discussed many times here. Please use the search engine, and poke around in threads with titles which include words like ‘paypal’ or ‘debit card’
The short answer to your question is that no, you can’t have anything. Taiwanese banks hate foreigners.
