Hello guys! Whats your experience in Chunghwa’s MOD + Hi Net service (can you watch Game of thronesin HD?)
Is it better than CNS bbtv box and internet cable?
MOD to me seems like extremely limited channel options even if you want to pay for all of them. A lot missing or just not available.
Last I heard the version of “Game of Thrones” that comes to Taiwan is the Singapore feed - i.e. with a lot of the nudity and blood (and maybe swearing?) cut out. Which for some episodes probably means you’re missing half the show.
Mind you, I haven’t had any kind of cable in Taiwan in a very long time, so don’t trust me on this.
I don’t think HBO is available on MOD.

Most people I know are watching it through streaming services online. (pirated)
You can get HBO through cable.

I have checked and MOD (which stands for multimedia on demand) does not come with HBO but BBTV comes which also gives cable based internet access.
