Is some type of license required to sell alcohol, liquor, wine, etc. at an establishment or can anyone do it?
For example, a restaurant, coffee shop, hamburger place, or bookstore that wants to sell beer, wine, sake, etc. All of those sell in Taipei so wondering if it’s a separate requirement and if difficult to obtain?
It seems like almost anyplace can sell beer even just random shops up and down any street.
