I’ve read that it is possibly recommended to get the Japanese Encephalitis vaccine if coming to Taiwan. I’ve heard that although the disease is extremely rare, if you catch it it can pretty much ruin your life.
I’m wondering if its possible to get the vaccine once I’m in Taipei. I was reading on older posts that they won’t let you get it if you are an adult. wondering if that has changed since? Also if the vaccine is that risky and if there is one specific to taiwan or i should just get the JE vaccine in general.
