Dear Forumosans,
I’m a foreigner currently living on the Island on touristic permits, at an early stage of planning for a business.
I will need a company that could:
- hire myself (and thus provide working permit and ARC)
- be formed by me plus at least one Taiwanese partner,
and possibly another foreigner partner.
Now, I’ve found many of posts about single proprietor companies and various legal forms these can take, but that would not do for me: I’ll need a local participation.
Which type of company this one could be? Can somebody point me to a piece of legislation, or maybe a Chinese name for it?
