Searched over the forums and see very little chatter on summer camps in the south (specifically Kaohsiung) for kids. As one of my wife’s Taiwanese friends (who lives in Pingtung) says: “Taipei is the dragon’s heaven of things to do during the summer for kids.”
The Ministry of Education (chinese) website only lists like 3 camps for all of Kaohsiung, which is not saying much as the same website lists 13 for Taipei, which is probably 1/10 the true number.
Anyone out there know of camps run by city schools or recreation departments or colleges in Kaohsiung for 5+ year olds? I know elementary schools typically have summer camps, and even some colleges like NUK offer some camps for elementary kids, but online searches are hard to come by.
