On the main page, the “last post” in the “Human Rights” forum is always listed as 24 Oct 2004, despite the presence of much newer posts. It seems to be the only one affected by this bug.
Odd. Tried a couple of things to no avail. It seems to have something to do with the way that thread is interacting with that forum (it doesn’t happen at all when it’s moved to another forum, and happens again when it’s moved back). I will look at it more later.
On reflection, I think this thread is definitely more suitable for the LIT forum
