Sometimes, after a long trip, I have a buttload of laundry and I don’t feel like washing this all myself! Are there any places in Taipei that you can just drop it off at and pick it up a few days later nicely folded?
A bit surprised by this question. Yeah, all over. Ask around where the nearest “xi yi dian” is.
Will they fold and package it? I don’t mean a drycleaner type place.
The dry cleaner places do regular cleaning too, in my experience, folded and packaged. It’s been a long time since I used one, but I can’t imagine it’s any different.
Even the one at Shida did it. We mean the dry cleaning and general wash stores, not the coin operated ones.
Heck even the Family Mart has that. You drop your stuff in a bag, comes back pressed and folded in a box.
Ah yes, forgot about ol’ Family Mart.
Try Carrefour. Laundry, hair cut, dental surgery, massage, bakery, dining, pizzaria, you name it.
