such as cooking, origami, light Mandarin, Martial arts… really open for any idea

Check around for your local Community College, they offer loads of that stuff
+1 for community college, my wife picked up many classes there (baking, cooking, theater and a few others that I don’t remember).

I’m a bit bored or getting bored bored with my daily office work and weekend part time job.
I want to upgrade myself in terms of knowledge (no I don’t want to cook or make cakes) I want computer skills like those web design, photoshop, SEO thing… been reading just little bit of this and those but seems i’m lost and wanted to learn more. Is there short course to learn this stuff here in Taipei? Any evening school that I can check and enroll my old self ?
