I’m looking for stevia sweetner or the Chinese version.
How about using honey as a substitute for sugar?
You could consider trehalose, it’s made of seaweed but less sweet than sugar…
Available in most ingredients stores
Sugar and honey are almost identical.
Sugar is 50% glucose and 50% fructose while honey is 30% glucose and 40% fructose. Taste is the only reason to switch between them.
They sell sugar alternatives at the Wellcomes, like stevia.
I didn’t know they had Stevia there. Is it outrageously priced or decent?
