What’s this about ‘first cheese maker in Taiwan’, and no locally produced cheese? Some of us here have been making cheese for years. Ok, not commercially, but Fourway has been making and selling a basic cheese for at least a few years, no? (Not that it’s my cup of tea. Their milk is good, though.)
