Essentially, we need a “Demonstrated Interest” and a moderator to justify a new forum. By demonstrated interest, we mean at least 30 discussion threads that could be moved instantly to seed the forum. The moderator could be an existing one, or a new volunteer that Maoman agrees would be a worthwhile addition to the team
