So I am in quite a predicament here. I came to Taiwan with just the visa-exempt 90 days because I was suppose to get a work visa/ARC quite easily. But mine was denied because I didn’t have enough experience as “content creator” at a publishing company. Now I have no job.
My fiance is a Taiwanese native. We are getting married in December, but we are thinking we need to up the “legal” wedding to NOW. My question is do I need to apply for the JFRV in Hong Kong then, since I don’t have a visitor visa or any visa for that matter to transfer to a JFRV. What would you recommend in this situation I’m in. I have less than 90 days now and I’ll have to do a visa-run. I’m so stressed out!
