Could ‘On Happiness Road’ be the end of the road for its animation industry?

My friends that do animation contracts for Disney and other companies say animation in Taiwan died 20 years ago.

I have a friend who owns it 8 story building that used to be full of people doing animation 20-plus years ago and for about 15 years it’s barely one floor with all the other floors remaining empty.

Sounds like a good movie, I’ll try to check it out before they take it down from theaters.

One wished they could move into gaming for cellphones, really hot right now. Alas, training takes time and time is against us.

Like Ghibli, there should be a space for this art form.
