Hey guys, I need to open a bank account for my business and I want to know which ones are the most suitable.
I will make international transfers, so whatever commission the bank charge would need to be acceptable.
Also, the e-banking needs to be in English.
I heard of foregin businesses using DBS (located in Luzhou), and I got recommended MEGA bank (located at Songjiang Nanjing).
Do you guys have any suggestions or input on this?

We use Mega’s OBU (offshore) and DBU (domestic). It doesn’t matter which branch you choose for DBU; however, your company registration location might play a part in which banking systems you can use. Mega offers english web access. I regularly receive and send international transfers from Mega. It should be noted that having an ARC will greatly ease the process, but you can go apply for the tax ID number without an ARC near Xiaonanmen Station.
My vote is also for megabank if it’s a local or rep office, Chinatrust for obu. Forget hsbc- their fees are outrageous for everything.
