Opening a restaurant in Taichung

I am a Malaysian, planing to open a Malaysia traditional food restaurant in Taichung. I think it will be successful because firstly is hard to immitate, is home recipe, and the Taiwanese will like it because i already did a survey from all the Taiwanese student that in malaysia, and get a list of food that they miss eating it here when back to their hometown in Taiwan.
The question is where should i start? Who shall i approach?
