Are there any parrot or bird rescues in Taiwan? I can’t seem to find any on Google, but I have seen pet parrots, so there MUST be a rescue since so many ignorant owners get in over their heads.
I’m kind of guessing that a parrot could be resold to a bird shop (at a suitable discount).
There is a wild bird rescue in Taipei, but mostly it is for injured animals.
