Plum Blossom Card foreign spouse and working rights

Hi. Does anyone know for certain whether the foreign spouse of a Plum Blossom Card holder qualifies for an open work permit? I’ve read conflicting reports about this. I appreciate your advice.

Contact your local NIA. The person that handled your Plum Blosson Card application will definitely be able to answer this question. Let us know the result!

Iirc, the draft has been still reviewed at legislative yuan. I’m not very sure, though. Someone please correct if that’s wrong.

If the Plum Blossom Card is based on investment, the spouse qualifies for an open work permit. Actually, the APRC doesn’t need to be the PBC, though.
