Private Tutoring vs School (buxiban)

Hey all,
I was just wondering for all the teachers out there, what would you prefer if you had the choice between working in a school (such as buxiban or major chains) and private tutoring?
How do you feel about the pros/cons between these two (in terms of teaching and salary)?
Is it better to do both at the same time?

Would love to hear what short term and long term teachers have to say about this.

What are some of private language tutor companies in the ROC? Sounds interesting I have no interest in working in buxibans. In order to work at universities, teach business English, etc, you need higher degrees.
