Plenty of agencies. Maybe contact http://www.wordgod.com.tw/. They offer essay correction services. If its thesis editing just Google thesis editing Taiwan and all the usual suspects will appear. 1 NT per word for in-line editing.
I want to edit for students and get paid is what I mean.
Go where the students are and post some notices.
