Hello,
I am planning to leave Taiwan soon and then to exchange my driving license (motorcycles) so it can be valid in my home country. To do so, I should have got my license during the period I was fully registered as an expat (at the consulate).
Since it took me some time to go to Taipei to register I got my license before being registered as an expat (at the consulate of my home country).
Now my question is: Can I just go and get a brand new driving license before my ARC expires even if mine is valid until 2019?
