Should i give up my 220V electrics before arriving Taipei?

Hi. I just shipped one of these to Kaohsiung from Australia (along with 100 or so of my favourite LPs)

An unnecessary indulgence, I know.

As I understand, it is Group 3 appliance, as defined by Yuli.

On the back is a label that says “this instrument has been adjusted to operate from a 230 to 250 volt 50 c.p.s mains supply”. There is also another label that is virtually identical to this: http://www.nzvrs.pl.net/ccc/Krieslser%2011%20103.jpg , but I don’t see any mention of its wattage. I know I have to get a step-up transformer, and I’m wondering whether I should buy a 1500 watt one or a 2000 watt one (to be on the safe side).

Should I also buy a voltage stabilizer or surge protector?

As I understand, it’s OK to connect an appliance designed for a 50 Hz supply to a 60 Hz supply, but I shouldn’t connect it to Taiwan’s 220 V 3-phase supply because it was designed for single phase.

Any advice from the techies on the forum would be deeply appreciated.
