Hi, can anybody recommend a swimming pool in or near Taipei city with sunbeds etc?

Wait for a typhoon like Nari and you can go float sround on Chunghsiao E. Rd. for free and then go for an NT$50 beer in a Flipper bar.

Try My Island, right next tot eh Shilin MRT station. They don’t have sunbeds, but do have saunas, hot pools, water massages etc. Actually, I’ve never been there becuase we always go to the Zhong He branch, which is closer, and apparently better, but I guess the Shilin branch is decent too.

My Island is one of the nicer ones, so it’s kindof expensive. 500NT for weekends, 350 for weekdays. But it gets cheap if you buy a book of tickets. I think it works out for us at 350NT a two-person ticket.
The branch we go to is in Zhonghe. Near the intersection of ZhongzhengRd and Bannan Rd.
