New to Taiwan or a long timer here, looking for some recreation time or want to join a serious team with a winning culture, look no further!
I am currently running a Taiwanese Softball Team in GuanShan/Neihu area, Taipei. So far we have participated in three different softball leagues in Taipei on Saturday and tournaments when we see fit. What we need/looking for are reliable, dedicated and passionate players who would like to devote him/herself to the team and teammates. Most of us are humorous middle-age guys from different occupations. We are not very sporty, compared to most male softball teams in US, but we do try our best to keep our level of play competitive every Saturday ( losing shouldn’t be a culture ).
Male and female players are both welcomed to play. (We had a female player before she went back home) Basic softball knowledge is a MUST and some Chinese communication skill would be a plus but required, although swinging a good bat with some fielding skills should be required ;).
