Taiwan News Plumbs New Depths

Well, they have a fuckton of people, I’m not surprised the amount of cars produced in a country with 6 gorillion people is higher than countries with 120/300mil people or so.

Passing judgment on a major industry based on a single youtube video is trash journalism. Do a youtube search under "brand new car breaks down ", you’ll find something on most major brands.

Sure, but the quality of products coming out of China has no correlation, neither positive nor negative, to the overall amount of products that are produced there.

Agreed, by the way the Chery A3 is assembled since August 2009 in Taichung, Taiwan, by Shengrong Auto, a subsidiary of Prince Motors.

Imei Corporation prides itself as being one of the top quality brands in Taiwan’s food industry. Why they would associate their good name with a third rate product such as TaiwanNews beats me.

Engine faults are common with all car brands sure, but not an acceleration peddle breaking off a brand new car, that is just ridiculous.

Anything can happen once. It doesn’t mean much.

It is made out of plastic not metal, so that is the problem. A Tesla model S had the same thing happen lol.
