Registered cram schools that are named after their owners who teach there will not have to change their names, but the owners must also use their real names in advertisements, the amendment said.
I haven’t seen the actual text, but the way they word it here, it implies the buxiban won’t need to use its legal name on the contract, which means it won’t be punished for trying to pull the “we’re not Buxiban X, we’re Buxiban Y and just happen to have the same owner” trick.
