The problem is it presents like a standalone technical term. Those 2 already have equivalent Chinese terms. I might just do a work around.
the ease of living? quality of life? how about throwing in some German to make it sound more technical, like… Lebensqualität or something
convenience or ease to get around. close to supermarket, wet market, park, MRT station, school…
The term you’re looking for is “amenities.” You could say an apartment is “conveniently located” or “close to amenities.” The “walk score” concept is also used in the North American real estate market.

Could be on to something there, except its describing Taipei City, not real estate.
Amenities would still work for a city, but maybe something like “all the modern conveniences” would be better.
