However, the OP didn’t say how it was resolved, so I wanted to check in.
My wife and I have been married for 9 years. However, we went back to the States for 4 years, returning 2 years ago, so I am not eligible for the APRC.
Is it indeed possible to switch my JFRV from her to my children? We will have a no-contest divorce with shared custody, assets are all planned out, I’ll be providing her support, etc.
