Hello everyone!
I’m Serg and I’m a parkour coach in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. We are holding a parkour workshop in July, 8th and 9th in Kaohsiung, 15th and 16th in Taipei. 8th and 15th is for adults, 9th and 16th is for kids.
We invited two more coaches, one from Italy and one from the UK just to teach at these workshops.
All ages and abilities welcome. Even if you’ve never exercised in your life, you can still enjoy and learn something!
