What’s the warranty for electronic products bought on PCHOME, such as smartphones and cameras?
Is there a period of time during which you can return the product for exchange or repair in case of defect or do we have to contact the manufacturer service center directly?
Warranty is normally the manufacturer’s warranty. You can check the box or a warranty card for that info.
As for a return or replacement, you have to check the fine print on the item page. Normally you can exchange or return the item unused with its original box within x amount of hours/days after receiving the item.
