They also have a youtube channel. I believe they’re the longest running televised English news program in Taiwan. They’ve come a long way since Jeff Mindich anchored.

I watch it sometimes on cable (channel 152). It actually starts a few minutes before 9:30. A good balance of soft and hard local news.
