Hi, I have a new product that I would like to try and market in Taiwan. My target is expat restaurants, night markets and retailers, etc.

It would extremely useful if I could get my hands on a definitive email mailing list to let these people know of my products.

Does one exist?

What kind of expats? Do you mean foreigners that own restaurants or restaurants where expats go? Western? Or from any country?
