Found out that all Greek yogurt is not the same. The one made at home isn’t truly traditional Greek yogurt unless cultures are added. Found these two at City Super. Greek Yogurt isn’t really regulated most places so companies can call anything Greek yogurt. Need to read lable and ingredients closely.
This first 120 grams one is traditional and 10 grams of protein and 1.9 grams of sugar.
This one 125grams is non traditional, and only 3.6 grams of protein and 15!!! grams of sugar (almost 4 teaspoons) plus preservatives. Its cheaper.
