Just heard about this tasty sounding drink, wondering if anyone knows where I can get it in the Taipei area.
I cannot answer your question, but I can say it is way tooo sweet. I grew up on homemade horchata and discovered years ago it was great with rum. I advise making your own.

I’m at Twinkeyz Tacos. They have rumchata on the menu. Not sure if it’s homemade or not.
